One of THE BEST THINGS IN MY ENTIRE HUSKY LIFE are the Friday night rally's around campus before a home game the next Saturday. If you have not taken the time to experience such greatness, I suggest you block out the rest of your Friday nights for the 2014 season.
These rallies are composed of four parts:
- UW Cheer & Spirit
- Husky Marching Band
- Pure joy
- And of course STUDENTS

What
a perfect time to reach out to students you say? Well, we are two gallops
in front you. Not only do we take the opportunity to help pump up our fellow Dawg Pack members, but we do things like pass out flyers to increase awareness about promotions that are taking place on campus, and sporting events that are (little known to students, gasp! we'll change that) are FREE with Husky Cards.
For example:
When television network, FOX Sports 1 came to the University of Washington for the UW vs. Arizona game on Saturday, Sept. 28. The Husky Street Team partnered with FOX's team to pass out flyers during the Friday, Sept. 27 night rally that help spread the word of the events that were to take place the next day. Yeah, we passed out about 2,500 flyers. #likeaboss
